Our guarantee
Quality and satisfaction
Eternity Arts guarantees any merchandise purchased from us to be as good or better than described. We guarantee that your order will be delivered free of defect in workmanship, and that the merchandise will meet or exceed your expectations. We will replace — free of charge — any item that fails to meet this standard.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, call us at 231-675-9210 or email service@eternityarts.com and we'll make it right.
Returns
30-day return policy
The merchandise price for items returned within 30 days of their delivery date will be promptly refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.
How to return an item:
Call 231-675-9210 to get a return authorization.
Package item(s) so they'll survive normal handling during shipment.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping
How and when we ship
Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Eastern usually go out the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Carriers:
- UPS for all orders shipping to the continental United States (lower 48 states).
- USPS Priority Mail for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout. We reserve the right to select the shipping method that best fits the order, and in some cases may substitute a different carrier than what's displayed if it results in faster or more reliable delivery.
We don't automatically send tracking numbers with every shipment, but tracking is available on request — email service@eternityarts.com with your order number and we'll send it over.
If you need an order by a specific date — for an event, a class, or a shipment deadline — tell us in the order notes or call us at 231-675-9210 and we'll confirm we can meet it before we ship.
Sales tax
Michigan only
We collect 6% Michigan sales tax on orders shipped to Michigan addresses. We do not collect sales tax outside Michigan. If your jurisdiction requires use tax on your purchase, that's your responsibility.
Privacy
How we handle your information
Eternity Arts shares your concerns about privacy. Here's what we do and don't do with the information you give us.
What we collect. When you browse the site, we collect general non-personal information — page views, referral sources, browser type — to understand how people use the site and to improve it. When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to fulfill the order and manage your account: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, and your order or subscription history.
Payment information. Credit card information is processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers. We never see or store your full card number.
What we do with your information. We use your contact information to fulfill orders, respond to customer service requests, and send occasional updates about products, sales, and new content. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe.
What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (shipping carriers, our payment processor, our email platform, our hosting provider) and only to the extent they need it to do their job.
Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and measure site usage. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings.
Children. This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Legal disclosure. We will disclose information when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our customers' safety, or the public.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site.
