Apprentice is for artists starting out. You get the foundational training and a place to ask questions while you work through it.

Artist is the full membership. Everything Apprentice includes, plus advanced training, the pioneer archive, and every forum. This is the tier most working chalk artists choose.
Can I upgrade from Apprentice to Artist later?
Yes, any time. Upgrade directly from your account profile — the system will prorate the charge based on time remaining in your current subscription.
What happens to my Apprentice access if the Artist tier grows?
Nothing changes. Apprentice gets Phase 1 and the PDF workbook at the published price, and that’s stable. If we add content that’s specifically for Apprentices, you’ll get it automatically.
If I buy lifetime, what does “lifetime” actually cover?
Lifetime means the membership doesn’t renew — you pay once and keep access for as long as the platform exists and you keep the account in good standing. If we add new training material in your tier, you’ll get it.
Can I share my login?
No. Memberships are per-person. Sharing logins violates our policies and may result in suspension. For institutional access, call 231-675-9210.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 30 days of signup, if you haven’t downloaded the Phase 1 workbook or attended a Phase 2 event, we’ll refund in full. After 30 days or after accessing the training, no. See the full refund policy.
