Digital Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for Eternity Arts memberships (Apprentice and Artist) and any other digital products we sell.

Physical chalk and supplies are covered by the main return policy — not this one.


The 30-day window

When you can get a full refund

Within 30 days of your initial membership purchase, we'll refund in full if:

  • You haven't downloaded the Phase 1 PDF workbook
  • You haven't watched more than 15 minutes of any training video
  • You haven't attended a Phase 2 live event

If you've accessed any of those materials, we consider the membership used and a refund is not available.

To request a refund, email service@eternityarts.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


After the 30-day window

Annual memberships

After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — see the membership terms for cancellation details — but we don't issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current year.

Lifetime memberships

Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after the 30-day window.


Special cases

When we do issue refunds outside the window

  • Technical failures that prevent access. If a member can't access the platform because of a problem on our end that we can't resolve within a reasonable time, we'll refund the remaining portion of the membership.
  • Discontinued content. If we remove a substantial piece of content that was a material reason for your purchase (for example, removing Phase 2 entirely), we'll offer affected members a prorated refund or equivalent replacement.
  • Account errors. If you were charged incorrectly (double charges, wrong tier, wrong billing cycle), we'll refund the incorrect amount immediately once the error is verified.

Chargebacks

Talk to us first

If you're unhappy with your membership, email or call us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us money in fees and disputes even when resolved in our favor, and in almost every case we can resolve the issue faster and more fairly than the bank can.

Members who file chargebacks on legitimate charges without contacting us first may have their membership suspended while we work it out, and may lose eligibility for future refunds.

Different policy

Refunds for physical products — chalk, paper, tools, UV bulbs — are covered by the main return policy, which includes a different 30-day window with different terms.
