Answers to common questions
Where is the chalk made?
Made by hand, on site, in Boyne City, Michigan, USA.
How fast does it ship?
Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Eastern usually go out the same day or the next. If you’re on a deadline for an event, call us at 231-675-9210 or email service@eternityarts.com and we’ll make sure you get it in time.
What surfaces can your chalk mark on?
Wood, paper, faces, plaster, masonry, concrete, blacktop, and most rough surfaces. It draws on some blackboards but not all — some boards are too smooth for lecturer’s chalk to grab properly.
What makes your chalk different from regular chalk?
We manufacture the most vibrant colors we know of anywhere. The chalk is buttery, bendable, and bold, with some of the richest pigment loads you’ll find in any pastel. Artist quality, fine-art pastel, handmade in Michigan.
Are there quantity discounts?
For organizations or cities ordering 72 of a solid color or more, discounts may apply. Call us at 231-675-9210 for a quote.
Is the chalk safe?
We haven’t yet obtained the official nontoxic certification stamp, but we expect it. In the meantime, MSDS sheets are available on request — email service@eternityarts.com with the product name and we’ll send them over.
