Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5\u201310 business days.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>After the 30-day window<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-remove-top\">Annual memberships<\/h3>\n<p>After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals \u2014 see the <a href=\"\/?page_id=145\">membership terms<\/a> for cancellation details \u2014 but we don&#39;t issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of the current year.<\/p>\n<h3>Lifetime memberships<\/h3>\n<p>Lifetime memberships are non-refundable after the 30-day window.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Special cases<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-remove-top\">When we do issue refunds outside the window<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technical failures that prevent access.<\/strong> If a member can&#39;t access the platform because of a problem on our end that we can&#39;t resolve within a reasonable time, we&#39;ll refund the remaining portion of the membership.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Discontinued content.<\/strong> If we remove a substantial piece of content that was a material reason for your purchase (for example, removing Phase 2 entirely), we&#39;ll offer affected members a prorated refund or equivalent replacement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Account errors.<\/strong> If you were charged incorrectly (double charges, wrong tier, wrong billing cycle), we&#39;ll refund the incorrect amount immediately once the error is verified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Chargebacks<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-remove-top\">Talk to us first<\/h3>\n<p>If you&#39;re unhappy with your membership, email or call us before filing a chargeback with your bank.
